One in three people will develop cancer during their lives and this incidence is expected to increase. The problem is each patient responds to drugs differently, and current treatment efficacy for cancer patients takes between 3 to 9 months to know for sure. Some patients died because of treatment inefficacy. Poor correlation between preclinical in vitro, in vivo data and individual patients remains a major concern.
